Dear Early Intervention Managers,
As you are aware, the New York State Department of Health, Bureau of Early Intervention (BEI) maintains a Central Directory of Early Intervention Services and Resources (http://www.health.ny.gov/community/infants_children/early_intervention/service_providers/). The Directory, which is updated approximately every three months, contains lists of Approved Appendix Agencies/Individuals and Approved Basic Individuals.
Because the approval of additional providers or changes in personnel is ongoing, the Bureau is sending you this email with a list of newly approved appendix providers (Monthly New Appendix Providers_06-01 to 06-30-21.xlsx) within approximately the past 30 days.
