Additional Escrow Check Run Scheduled for December 2025

Dear Colleague:

To support providers fiscally during the holiday season, the Bureau of Early Intervention will process an additional escrow check run in December. The escrow payment schedule will be as follows:
  • December 9 – Regularly scheduled
  • December 16 – Additional escrow check run
  • December 23 – Regularly scheduled
The additional escrow run will be subject to stopgap recoupments. These recoupments will not exceed the standard total amount and will be applied in two smaller installments, both completed by the end of the calendar year.

No action is required from providers. Payments will be processed automatically according to the schedule above.
