400- Retrieving Child Information Using the Claim Research Report

The Claim Research Report offers dual functionality to its users. Not only will the report retrieve claim lists based on the user-defined criteria, but also offers the capability to view detailed child information. This report can be used as an alternative to the Child Lookup Report.

Here are the steps:

1. Navigate to the Report via Reports > Claiming > Claim Research

2. Enter search criteria. For a specific child, be sure to enter their Name, CIN, or NYEIS ID, then click 'Search'.

3. Upon retrieval, locate the 'Child' column - second from the left - and click the child's name to view their details.
