Dear Early Intervention Billing Provider:
On December 27, 2018, the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Office of Health Insurance Programs (OHIP) issued the documents linked below to Medicaid Billing Providers/Administrators advising that payments will return to the typical Medicaid schedule and the temporary relief from the payment lag will end. Providers can submit documentation and justification to the Medicaid program requesting a suspension of the lag. Please see information from Medicaid in the linked documents for further information.
