The New York State Department of Health is pleased to provide the revised Standards and Procedures for Service Coordination Under the Early Intervention Program. Guidance - Service Coordinator-Final 12-16.pdf

This guidance document has been revised to include additional responsibilities for initial and ongoing service coordinators, based on the changes made to Public Health Law in 2013, changes in federal regulations and most recently, state regulations for the Early Intervention Program that were adopted on November 30, 2016.
