Dear Colleague: The New York State Department of Health's 2015 state application for federal funds under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) for state administration of the Early Intervention Program (EIP) has been posted for public review for 60 days through April 18, 2015: http://www.health.ny.gov/community/infants_children/early_intervention/docs/part_c_annual_application_2015.pdf
As required by federal law, written public comment regarding the application will be accepted for 30 calendar days from February 18, 2015 through March 19, 2015.
