New York Early Intervention System (NYEIS) Electronic Mailing List
NYEIS Scheduled Maintenance
Dear Colleague:
In order to implement a NYEIS maintenance effort to improve performance, NYEIS will be taken off-line and will be unavailable Tuesday, December 16, 2014 beginning at 5:00 PM and is planned to be back on-line and available again Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 8:00 AM.
Periodically, aging NYEIS generated informational Notifications/Alerts, such as an indication that an action or workflow has been completed in NYEIS, are deleted from the system. All user notifications and alerts that were generated by NYEIS on or prior to October 18, 2014 are scheduled for deletion at the close of business on Tuesday, December 16th.
As a reminder, it is important for each user to check their Notifications/Alerts on a regular basis and delete them after being viewed. More information regarding notifications/alerts can be found in the NYEIS User Manual Unit 1: Getting Started.
In order to avoid any loss of work during this maintenance, please log-out of NYEIS by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 and do not attempt to log-in until Wednesday morning, December 17, 2014 at 8:00 AM. Attempting to access NYEIS between these times could result in unpredictable results in creating/saving data as well as the potential loss of data while NYEIS transitions off-line and on-line.
