(Updated 1/14) The following is a list of insurance plans that are NOT regulated by the New York State Department of Financial Services. These plans are NOT subject to New York State Insurance Law with regard to the Early Intervention Program. Please note that the items in this list are plan names.
It is important to note that this is only a sample of non-regulated plans based on submitted claims. This list does NOT contain all the non-regulated plans that service coordinators may identify.
This means that if a plan is on this list it is not regulated. If a plan is not on this list, it may or may not be regulated.
