Dear Colleague: Please be advised that due to the Columbus Day Holiday on Monday, October 14th the PCG Customer Service Call Center will be closed. The Call Center activities will resume at 7:00 am on Tuesday, October 15th.
Public Consulting Group continues implementation of its full-service State Fiscal Agent duties for the Early Intervention Program (EIP). The PCG Customer Service Call Center gives providers, municipalities, and payers the ability to speak to a representative who has access to information about the EI billing process, forms management, Medicaid documentation, and other items related to the Fiscal Agent process.
