Dear Colleague: The Department’s fiscal agent, Public Consulting Group (PCG) will begin providing interactive webinars on various topics of interest on EI billing and claiming procedures on Monday, September 23, 2013. An introductory, 90 minute webinar will be presented by PCG training staff on Monday from 10- 11:30 AM and will be presented twice per day- 10 AM and 2 PM, each day, for two weeks. Individual invitations will be sent out to providers from PCG for the specific date and time for participation in the webinars. If a provider is unable to participate on the date and time that is assigned, make up webinars will be presented on October 7 and 8, 2013 at 10 AM and 2:00 PM. Additionally, the webinar will be posted for viewing on eibilling.com for future access. The Department looks forward to partnering with PCG on this very importance training initiative and encourages providers to participate in the live webinars. Thank You
