The 277 rejection A7:153:PR indicates that the information the IFA has for how to electronically route claims to the insurance company is incorrect.
If you see this rejection on a claim and see in the billing history of that claim that the claim has not been resubmitted to the insurance company, please contact the Customer Service Center at 1-866-315-3747 Monday-Friday 7am-7pm.
