LMS Upgrade Update: Scheduled Downtime Information

The Learning Management System (LMS), the central repository for EI-Hub training and support resources, is scheduled to receive an upgrade during the early morning of November 2. The upgrade should be completed before noon of that day. 

While all existing content will remain available, users will notice an updated look and feel when accessing the system. The upgrade will also result in noticeable speed/performance improvements  

What Does This Mean for Users? 

• The downtime will be limited to the LMS only. Other EI-Hub functionality will remain available during this period.
• If you anticipate needing access to a training resource, job aid, communication, or other reference material while the LMS is unavailable, please download a copy before the scheduled downtime begins.
• No action is required from users as part of the upgrade. You will continue to use your existing username and password to access the LMS once the upgrade is complete.

Following the upgrade, users will continue to access the same support resources through the newly redesigned Resource Library.
