PCG is offering third-party system vendors the chance to test their 837P file format compatibility in the EI-Hub Sandbox with fabricated data. This testing is voluntary and separate from the official Early Intervention Provider Claims Loader Testing. This testing is exclusively designed for vendors.
During this vendor testing, vendors will generate an 837P file from their systems to assess file compatibility. This preliminary testing ensures that files are correctly formatted, which will help streamline the process for when the official Provider Claims Loader Testing phase begins. Moreover, confirming file compatibility promotes a smooth transition to the EI-Hub and aids in mitigating payment gaps when the system is formally launched. No real early intervention program data will be used during this testing.
In the official Provider Claims Loader Testing phase, all agencies, municipalities, and independent providers using third-party systems will have the opportunity to submit test files prior to the launch of the EI-Hub. Detailed information about Provider Claims Loader Testing will follow once testing dates are confirmed.
Vendor testing is scheduled to take place from 11/13 to 12/08, so please act promptly if you wish to involve your vendor in this process. We recommend that you contact your vendor as soon as possible; registration for testing ends 11/03.
