460- TriZetto ERA Enrollment for Healthfirst

PCG has received several calls regarding TriZetto ERA enrollment for Healthfirst. Please review the following for additional instructions:

Please note that Healthfirst requires EFT enrollment prior to ERA enrollment. PCG has sent EI Billing Providers the ERA enrollment form from Change Healthcare which designates TriZetto GATEWAY1 as the ERA receiver. This form should be sent to NYSFAEIP@pcgus.com after EFT enrollment has been completed. Please follow the instructions below to complete EFT enrollment for Healthfirst:

1. Create a portal login for Healthfirst at https://hfproviders.org/en/
2. Once logged in to the Healthfirst portal, navigate to Provider Resources then Forms, and click on the EFT/ERA authorization form
3. Fill out the form and email the form with a voided check to hfeftera@healthfirst.org

Once EFT enrollment has been completed, send your completed Change Healthcare ERA enrollment form back to NYSFAEIP@pcgus.com, acknowledging that Healthfirst EFT enrollment has been completed.
